1. Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery (5 days for defective items).

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Customers pay return shipping, except for damaged/wrong items.

2. Refund Policy

• Full refunds for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Refunds are processed within 5-25 business days based on the payment method.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours before shipping.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled—only returns apply.
