1. Shipping Coverage

• QUAPRICE ships worldwide, including the USA, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and other regions.

• We use trusted global couriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and local delivery partners.

2. Shipping Time & Cost

• Standard Shipping: 5-39 business days (varies by country & product).

• Express Shipping: 2-19 business days (extra charges apply).

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

3. Customs & Import Duties

• Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees as per their country’s regulations.

• QUAPRICE ensures customs-friendly packaging to reduce clearance delays.

4. Order Tracking

• All orders include real-time tracking links sent via email & customer dashboard.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• If a package is lost in transit, QUAPRICE will assist in filing claims with the courier for compensation.

• QUAPRICE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by weather, customs, strikes, or force majeure events.

• If the tracking shows “Delivered” but not received, the customer must contact the courier for resolution.
